About the Winery

Nicolis is a family-run winery in San Pietro in Cariano, at the heart of Valpolicella Classica, where three generations have crafted soulful red wines from 49 hectares of organically farmed vineyards since 1951. The estate is known for its Ambrosan Amarone from high-altitude fruit and its Seccal Ripasso, made with native yeasts and no pesticides or shortcuts in the vineyard or cellar.
