About the Winery
Tenuta Casenuove is a 105-hectare estate in Panzano in Chianti, acquired in 2015 by Philippe Austruy and managed by Alessandro Fonseca with winemaking by Cosimo Casini and Maria Sole Zoli. The property, certified organic since 2018 and a member of the Unione Viticoltori di Panzano, produces Chianti Classico DOCG, Riserva, IGT Toscana Rosso, and Ziik Rosé from Sangiovese and complementary varieties on galestro-rich soils at elevations up to 490 meters.
