About the Winery

Casa di Baal is an organic-certified winery in Montecorvino Rovella, Salerno, born from a century-old family farming tradition now carried on by Annibale and Anna and their children. The estate, whose name means 'House of Annibale,' produces wines including Fiano di Baal and Rosso di Baal under the IGT Colli di Salerno denomination, alongside olive oil from 25 hectares of olive groves, all following biodynamic and organic practices.
