Moschioni

About the Winery

Moschioni is a red wine-focused estate in Gagliano near Cividale del Friuli, where the Moschioni family has lived since the 16th century and where Michele Moschioni boldly decided in the 1980s to concentrate exclusively on red wines from indigenous varieties. The 13-hectare estate, certified organic since 2017, produces powerful, structured reds including Schioppettino, Refosco, Pignolo, and Tazzelenghe using spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats and extended aging in barrel before release.
