Monteoliveto is a family-run winery in Vesime, Piedmont, situated in the Alta Langa hills where the cooler climate and higher altitude create ideal conditions for sparkling wine production. The estate crafts Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wines using traditional methods, along with still wines from indigenous varieties, expressing the unique character of their hillside vineyards in the southern Langhe.
