About the Winery

Cantina Monte Vibiano is the winery of Castello Monte Vibiano Vecchio, a family-run estate in Mercatello di Marsciano, Umbria, centered around a castle that has been the ancestral home of the noble Fasola Bologna family since 1892, with 40 hectares of vineyards. The estate was the first in the world to achieve zero CO2 emissions certification in 2009, producing wines from Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Grechetto, Trebbiano, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier alongside award-winning extra virgin olive oil.
