About the Winery
Monte Rossa is a historic Franciacorta winery established in 1972 by Paolo Rabotti and Paola Rovetta on the hill of Bornato, now managed by their son Emanuele. The estate encompasses 70 hectares of vineyards on morainic soils, producing approximately 500,000 bottles annually across celebrated labels including P.R. Blanc, Sansevè Satèn, Coupé, and the prestigious Cabochon line, with a new underground eco-sustainable cellar completed in 2022 in Cazzago San Martino.
