Az. Agricola Monte dei Ragni di Zignoli Zeno is a historic family estate in Fumane, Valpolicella, where the Ragno family has cultivated vineyards for five generations on 6-7 hectares of poor, well-exposed soils with traditional dry-stone terraces. The winery produces small quantities of Valpolicella, Amarone, and Recioto with meticulous care in both vineyard and cellar, including soft pressing, careful use of oak, and minimal mechanical intervention.
