About the Winery

Monsupello is a leading winery in Torricella Verzate, Oltrepò Pavese, with roots dating back to 1893 and modern foundations laid by Carlo Boatti in 1959. The Boatti family crafts approximately 300,000 to 330,000 bottles annually across 32 labels, with Metodo Classico sparkling wines as their signature, including the acclaimed Pas Dosè Nature judged Italy's best sparkling wine by Gambero Rosso in 2015, from 53 hectares of calcareous, tuffaceous, and gypsum-rich soils.
