About the Winery

Cantina Monsignore is a family-run winery in Fasano, Brindisi, with roots in olive oil production since 1955, now in its third generation under the Barnaba family. The estate exclusively cultivates native varieties including Primitivo, Negroamaro, Verdeca, and Susumaniello within the IGP Salento and IGP Valle d'Itria denominations.
