Monchiero Carbone is a historic family winery in Canale, Roero, Piedmont, producing wines from 55 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards across the Roero and Langhe regions. The estate crafts Roero Arneis DOCG, Roero DOCG, Barbera d'Alba, and other regional wines, with a focus on expressing the unique sandy soils and Mediterranean climate of the Roero hills through modern winemaking techniques.
