Mikale is a winery on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna, in the town of Milo, founded by Micaela Noto and producing wines from indigenous Etna varieties. The estate focuses on expressing the unique terroir of the Etna Bianco Superiore zone through native grapes like Carricante and Nerello Mascalese.
