Medici Ermete is a historic winery founded in 1890 in Gaida, Reggio Emilia, now in its fifth generation as one of the oldest and most respected Lambrusco producers in Emilia-Romagna. The estate oversees approximately 80 hectares of certified organic vineyards across five estates, producing award-winning wines including Concerto, Italy's first single-vineyard Lambrusco CRU, and the acclaimed Phermento PetNat.
