About the Winery

Masseria Piccirillo is a family winery and eno-agriturismo in Caiazzo, Alto Casertano, founded in 1998 by Carmine Piccirillo, with about 4 hectares of vineyards planted with Pallagrello Bianco, Pallagrello Nero, and Casavecchia, local varieties rediscovered in the early 2000s that were once favorites of the Bourbon royal court. The estate, now led by Giovanni Piccirillo, produces the first sparkling wine made from Pallagrello Bianco using the classic method, along with a range of wines strongly linked to the production area.
