Masseria Falvo 1727 is a family estate in Saracena, Cosenza, set in an 18th-century farmhouse where Pier Giorgio and Ermanno Falvo revived the family's ancient winemaking vocation in the early 2000s. The estate cultivates indigenous varieties from centuries-old vineyards including Lacrima del Pollino (Magliocco Dolce), Moscatello di Saracena, Guarnaccia, and Malvasia Bianca, producing organic wines with simple, natural vinification methods inspired by ancestral techniques.
