Martoccia di Brunelli is a historic Brunello di Montalcino estate located just 500 meters from the town of Montalcino, with documented vineyard history dating to the 14th century. The Brunelli family produces acclaimed Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino from 10 hectares of organically farmed vineyards at 250-500 meters elevation on clay-and-quartz soils, with Luca Brunelli's 'bonsai' approach yielding some of the lowest production in the entire DOCG.
