About the Winery
Man Spumanti is a small family winery in Giovo, Val di Cembra, Trentino, founded in 2016 by husband-and-wife team Mattia Clementi and Anita Pellegrini, dedicated exclusively to producing Trentodoc sparkling wines. With approximately two hectares of vineyards at the foot of Monte Corona on marl and calcareous soils, the estate produces around 15,000-20,000 bottles annually, experimenting with clay amphora fermentation and extended lees aging to craft distinctive mountain bubbles from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
