About the Winery

Maltraversi is a winery in San Giovanni Ilarione, in the Val d'Alpone near Verona, founded in 2008 by four friends with a passion for their land. The estate specializes in high-altitude Durello wines from vineyards at 430-500 meters on the volcanic slopes of Monte Madarosa, producing sparkling wines with remarkable minerality and roughness from this unique volcanic terroir.
