About the Winery

Lungarotti is one of Umbria's most prestigious and historically significant wineries, with estates in both Torgiano and Montefalco, founded in the 1960s by Giorgio Lungarotti and now operated by the third generation of the family. The winery played a pivotal role in elevating Umbrian wines to international recognition, producing acclaimed Torgiano Rosso Riserva DOCG and Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG alongside a full range of whites and sparkling wines, while also operating the Wine Museum of Torgiano and the Lungarotti Foundation.
