About the Winery

Monteverro is a biodynamic estate at the foot of the medieval village of Capalbio in the southernmost Maremma, founded by German entrepreneur Georg Weber around two decades ago. The 1,200-acre property produces Bordeaux-style blends from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot, alongside Chardonnay, Vermentino, and the acclaimed Syrah-Grenache 'Tinata,' all farmed organically with impressive international recognition.
