About the Winery
Lo Sparviere is a historic Franciacorta estate in Monticelli Brusati, housed in a magnificent 16th-century villa and helmed by Monique Poncelet. The estate comprises over 60 hectares with 30 planted to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir on distinctive limestone marl soils that gift the wines their firm structure and tangy sapidity, producing Franciacorta Brut, Extra Brut, Satèn, Rosé, and Dosaggio Zero, all farmed organically since 2013.
