La Luna del Casale is a family-run organic winery in the Colli Lanuvini area at the foothills of the Lazio volcano within the Parco dei Castelli Romani, producing wines and extra virgin olive oil with low yields to preserve the land's natural characteristics. Named after Luna, the ancient Roman goddess of the moon, the estate crafts wines including IGP Lazio Cabernet Sauvignon, IGP Lazio Merlot, DOP Colli Lanuvini Superiore, and sparkling wines, all grown with deep respect for the volcanic terroir.
