La Frassina is a winery in Rovolon, in the Colli Euganei hills of Padova, established on land reclaimed from the Caorle lagoon in 1940. Now run by the Pasti family, the estate produces wines that reflect the salinity and unique character of this lagoon-adjacent terroir, including Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso DOC Lison Pramaggiore and Chardonnay DOC Venezia.
