Cantine 600 grotte (Valle d'Agri, Pollino)
Via San Pasquale s.n., 85032 Chiaromonte (PZ)
About the Winery
Cantine 600 Grotte, founded by three friends in Chiaromonte within the Pollino National Park, is the first and only winery dedicated to vinifying the ancient indigenous Guarnaccino Nero di Chiaromonte grape variety, officially recognized in 2013. With 7 hectares of carefully cultivated vines on clay and rocky hillsides overlooking the Sinni River, they produce red, rosé, and reserve wines that celebrate a viticultural heritage dating back to the Enotri people in the 5th century BC.
