About the Winery

Founded in 2008 by Klaus Lentsch, a descendant of a historic South Tyrolean winemaking family, this young estate crafts terroir-driven wines from vineyards in three distinct zones: the Eisacktal, Überetsch, and the porphyry slopes of the Unterland. In 2013, Lentsch established his modern winery and wine shop among the vineyards of St. Pauls in Eppan, producing expressive wines from sites such as Bachgart, Fuchslahn, and Eichberg with a focus on precision, origin, and careful craftsmanship.
