About the Winery
Kellerei Saint Michael-Eppan is one of Alto Adige's most celebrated cooperative wineries, founded in 1907 in Appiano with 320 member families cultivating 390 hectares. Under the long-time direction of legendary winemaker Hans Terzer and now Jakob Gasser, the winery produces an extraordinary range of wines including the acclaimed Appius and Sanct Valentin lines, and was named Cooperative Winery of the Year 2021 by Gambero Rosso.
