Cantine Re Dauno is a family-owned winery founded in 2013 by Angelina Radatti and Francesco Toma in San Severo, in the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie. Specializing exclusively in Metodo Classico sparkling wines, the winery produces five labels from native grape varieties including Bombino Bianco, Nero di Troia, and Pinot Nero, aged in historic underground cellars beneath a 1927 palace.
