Tenuta La Favola is an organic winery in Buonivini, in the Val di Noto region of southeastern Sicily, certified organic in both Italy and Switzerland, producing wines from native varieties like Nero d'Avola, Frappato, and Moscato. Founded in 2002 and run by the Gurrieri family for five generations, the estate spans 19 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, and ecological compensation areas, aging wines in stone tanks and amphorae for natural expression.
