Burlotto is a historic Barolo estate in Verduno, founded in the 1850s by Giovan Battista Burlotto and now run by his descendant Fabio Alessandria, celebrated for reviving the estate's legendary reputation. With 15 hectares including the famed Monvigliero cru, considered one of Barolo's greatest vineyards, Burlotto produces profoundly traditional Barolo through organic farming, long macerations with indigenous yeasts, and aging in large Slavonian oak, alongside acclaimed Pelaverga and Barbera.
