Terraquilia is a young organic winery in Guiglia, between Modena and Bologna, founded by Romano Mattioli with vineyards between 400 and 750 meters above sea level. The estate specializes in sparkling wines made using the ancestral method without added sugars or yeasts, focusing on indigenous varieties including Grechetto Gentile (Pignoletto), Lambrusco Grasparossa, Sangiovese, and the rare Verdicchio di Guiglia.
