About the Winery

Cantina VikeVike (meaning 'look, look' in local dialect) is a certified organic winery founded in 2015 in Mamoiada, in the Barbagia region of central Sardegna, by Simone Sedilesu, a third-generation winemaker who studied enology and gained experience abroad before returning home. The estate produces approximately 25,000 bottles annually from 4.5 hectares of vineyards on decomposed granite soils at an average elevation of 750 meters, cultivating Cannonau and Granazza with spontaneous fermentations and a focus on creating fresh, mineral, and elegant wines.
