Cantina Fiorentino was founded in 2014 in Galatina, in the heart of Salento, by entrepreneur Pierantonio Fiorentino, incorporating the historic Cantina Valle Dell'Asso dating back to 1920. The winery produces exclusively certified organic wines from native Salento varieties including Negroamaro, Primitivo, Malvasia Nera, Fiano, and Susumaniello, committed to environmental sustainability and minimal fossil fuel consumption through energy-efficient systems.
