About the Winery

Damijan Podversic is one of Oslavia's most respected natural winemakers, often described alongside Dario Princic as part of the area's ""rebel duo."" Based in Gorizia, his wines showcase how skin-contact whites can be both wild in texture and precise in structure, using a hands-on approach to farming with long macerations, low or no sulfur, and no filtration, producing wines that capture the essence of the Collio's Ponca soils and the spirit of the amber wine movement pioneered by his neighbor Josko Gravner.
