About the Winery

Crasà (also known as SRC) is a small, boutique wine project on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, founded by Rori Parasiliti and his family in 2012. The estate focuses on producing highly sought-after wines from old Nerello Mascalese vines grown on volcanic soils, inspired by Burgundian traditions of terroir expression and minimal intervention.
