About the Winery
Monte di Grazia is an extraordinary organic estate in Tramonti on the Amalfi Coast, where physician Alfonso Arpino tends 2.7 hectares of ungrafted vines among the oldest in Italy, many over 120 years old and some approaching 300, in the isolated Lattari Mountains that protected them from phylloxera. The estate grows hyper-local varieties including Tintore di Tramonti, Pepella, Ginestra, and Bianca Tenera, producing fewer than 6,200 bottles annually of high-acid, expressive wines that speak poetically of rugged mountains, sea breezes, and volcanic soils.
