About the Winery

Vicara is a winery in Rosignano Monferrato, founded in 1992 from the union of three families, Visconti, Cassinis, and Ravizza, now led by Giuseppe and Emanuele Visconti across 70 hectares with 33 planted to vines. The estate champions indigenous Monferrato varieties including Grignolino, Barbera, and Freisa through organic farming, producing approximately 70,000 bottles annually from vineyards spanning five municipalities with soils representing 12 different geological eras.
