Cascina Tavijn is a small, traditional winery in Scurzolengo, in the Monferrato hills of Asti, run by the passionate and eccentric Nadia Verrua, who took over her family's estate in the early 2000s. The winery produces natural wines from indigenous varieties including Grignolino, Barbera, and Ruche with minimal sulfur and native yeast fermentations, crafting expressions of remarkable authenticity and personality that have earned cult status.
