Alessandra Divella is a small artisan producer in Gussago, Franciacorta, creating micro-vinifications of spontaneous Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with zero dosage. Her wines spend two to eight years on the lees, resulting in complex, mineral-driven Franciacorta that showcases a deeply personal, low-intervention approach to sparkling winemaking.
