Founded in 1985, Paolo e Noemia D'Amico is a boutique winery in Castiglione in Teverina, northern Lazio, set on 31 hectares at about 450 meters above sea level in the Calanchi Valley. The estate organically produces elegant wines from French varieties including Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, as well as Grechetto and Chardonnay, aging them in spectacular tufa-carved cellars where classical music is played.
