About the Winery

Necotium is a small agricultural enterprise in San Giovanni al Natisone, in the Friuli Colli Orientali, founded by Christian Patat. The name derives from the Latin ""nec otium"" meaning ""not leisure,"" reflecting a philosophy of dedication and hard work; the estate cultivates vineyards between the Natisone hills and the Ronchi of Manzano, producing wines from Tocai Friulano, Schioppettino, Sauvignon, and Malvasia with great freshness and drinkability, faithful to their terroir of origin.
