About the Winery
Quarticello was founded in 2001 by Roberto Maestri in the Val d'Enza hills of Montecchio Emilia, named after the area where he planted his first vines. The certified organic and biodynamic estate focuses on indigenous varieties including multiple Lambrusco strains, Malvasia di Candia, Spergola, and Malbo Gentile, producing natural bottle-refermented sparkling wines without filtration or additives.
