About the Winery

Al Di La del Fiume is a young natural winery in Marzabotto, in the foothills of Monte Sole near Bologna, founded by Danila and Gabriele on the historic Ca di Cò estate. With 4 hectares of vineyard, the estate cultivates only native varieties including Barbera and Albana using organic and biodynamic methods, with vinification in amphorae and long macerations.
