About the Winery

Petilia is a strictly family-run winery in Altavilla Irpina, Avellino, managed by siblings Teresa and Roberto Bruno, devoted to enhancing Irpinia's extraordinary viticultural heritage from 20 hectares of vineyards on calcareous and tufaceous volcanic soils at over 600 meters above sea level. Roberto, who left nuclear physics studies to dedicate himself to Greco di Tufo cultivation, focuses on traditional varieties including Greco, Fiano, Aglianico, and Falanghina with organic farming principles and indigenous yeast fermentation, producing wines strongly linked to their territory of origin.
