About the Winery

Cantine Carpentiere is a family-owned winery located in Corato, in the Alta Murgia National Park, surrounded by sun-kissed hills near the iconic Castel del Monte built by Frederick II. At 450 meters above sea level on karst limestone soils, the estate organically cultivates native varieties including Nero di Troia, Bombino Nero, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, hand-harvesting all grapes to produce wines with fresh mineral qualities and firm structure.
