About the Winery

Serra Ferdinandea is a collaborative wine project between the Oddo family of France and the Planeta family of Sicily, uniting French and Sicilian grape varieties in a single vineyard near Menfi overlooking the sea. The estate takes its name from the ephemeral island of Ferdinandea that briefly emerged from these waters in 1831, symbolizing the fleeting, magical nature of this Franco-Sicilian partnership.
