About the Winery
Ezio Cerruti is a charismatic, artisanal vigneron in Castiglione Tinella, in the heart of the Moscato d'Asti DOCG, farming 6-7 hectares of organically cultivated Moscato Bianco vines up to 75 years old on steep limestone slopes at 400 meters elevation. Working with a single grape variety, he crafts profound dry, sparkling, and passito expressions of Moscato through spontaneous fermentations with indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtration, and minimal sulfur, producing wines of extraordinary purity and complexity that have earned cult status among natural wine enthusiasts.
