About the Winery
Dario Princic is one of Oslavia's most iconic natural winemakers, farming his vineyards biodynamically since 1988 and bottling his own wine since 1993 from his 10-hectare estate on steep clay and sandstone slopes. Inspired by neighbors Josko Gravner and Stanko Radikon, he has produced skin-contact ""orange"" wines since 1999, with macerations ranging from 8 days for Pinot Grigio to 45 days for Cabernet Sauvignon, using no temperature control, indigenous yeasts, and minimal sulfur, resulting in complex, deeply textured wines that are unfiltered and brilliantly amber-hued.
