Orsi Vigneto San Vito is a biodynamic estate in Monteveglio, in the Colli Bolognesi, founded in 2005 by Federico Orsi and now comprising 15 hectares. The estate focuses on indigenous varieties including Pignoletto, Alionza, Albana, and Negretto, producing natural wines with native yeast fermentations, minimal sulfur, and a unique 'vino perpetuo' style for some cuvées.
