About the Winery

Founded in 2004, Andrea Occhipinti is a small organic winery on the volcanic slopes of Lake Bolsena near Gradoli, in northern Lazio. The 5-hectare estate is dedicated to reviving indigenous varieties, particularly Aleatico and Grechetto Rosso, producing pure, natural wines that express the unique volcanic terroir of Europe's largest volcanic lake.
