Volpe Pasini is a historic winery housed in a manor dating back to 1596 in Togliano di Torreano, in the Colli Orientali del Friuli. The estate spans over 52 hectares of vineyards across the hills of Togliano and Prepotto, producing Friulano, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Ribolla Gialla, Merlot, Refosco, and Cabernet from the distinctive Ponca soils of the region, with a winemaking tradition documented since the 18th century.
